Friday, January 25th, we will be celebrating the Scottish poet
Robert Burns' birthday; with music and poetry and even traditional treats like haggis! Please join us from 6-8 in the main dining room of
Little Prague, and then from 8-10 we move to the bar for a bit more of a rolicksome time. We'll be joined by Glaswegian Tom McKeith (actually from
Clydebank, but we won't hold that against him) who will hold forth as master of ceremonies and master of recitations. Joining the band and piping in the haggis will be local bagpiper Erik Leiken.
The folks at Little Prague always have some special menu items just for this event, as well as a grand assortment of whiskies to try, as well as many other liquid refreshments.
Reservations are strongly encouraged if you want to join us in the dining room. 330 G Street, (530) 756-1107.
Hope to see you there!
“But pleasures are like poppies spread,
You seize the flower, it's bloom is shed;
Or, like the snow-fall in the river,
A moment white, then melts forever.”

Robert Burns,
Tam O'Shanter
