Farewell, Little Prague

Riggity Jig has been fortunate to have Little Prague as our home venue for the last 14 years. Who woulda thought partnering Celtic music with Czech food would have been so much fun. We are truly blessed that Vaclav and Eva opened their restaurant, bar, and hearts to us; their kindness and generosity will not be forgotten.

Sadly, Vaclav and Eva have decided to close Little Prague. They have asked us to come in and play one more gig, for the road. Please join us for one last Czech-style céilidh. Come in and taste Eva's great cooking and fine desserts while you still can. There will also be plenty of specials on beer, wine, and cocktails. Sláinte.

Let the Shenanigans Begin!

Release your inner leprechaun! Little Prague Bohemian Restaurant, 330 G St., Davis, invites you to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Monday, March 17th, with an evening of traditional music and fare. The restaurant will be offering traditional dishes with a Czech twist, as well as their full menu, accompanied by music from local Celtic group Riggity Jig (Lee Riggs, penny whistle; Josh Ray, guitar; Jim Coats, mandolin; David Riggs, fiddle; and Kyle Wallin, djembe) and renowned bagpiper Erik Leiken of Davis. From 6-9 pm they’ll play in the dining room (or patio, weather permitting). Call 756-1107 for details and reservations.

It's time for our annual (Pretty Darn Close to) Halfway to St. Patrick's Day party at Little Prague, Friday, September 20.

Burns Supper 2012 at Little Prague!

Get your ghillies on! Robert Burns night means it's haggis time the world around, and Little Prague in Davis is a great place to celebrate.

Riggity Jig will provide the music, Burns supplied to poetry, and Little Prague will dish up the food from a special Scottish menu. All YOU have to do is show up and enjoy!

Wear your plaids, kilts, and every ounce you've got of Scots pride. we know you'll have a greet, greet time, laddies and lassies!

Pretty Darn Close to Halfway to St. Patrick's Day

If my math is correct, we are getting close to halfway to St. Patrick's Day, which means it is time to bless the patio of Little Prague (weather permitting) with our annual fall frolics. Join the band for some frothy mugs of Guinness and fun tunes on Saturday, September 10th, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
